Psychological therapy combines the scientific understanding of how our minds function, with the art of listening and the art of counselling. This therapeutic combination provides a powerful and effective supportive treatment.
I have successfully helped many couples, individuals, and families, with a wide variety of psychological needs. Therapy sessions last for 50 minutes a time, and are normally weekly. In your initial assessment we will agree a treatment plan which will include frequency and duration. Entering into therapy can cause you worry, but I will ensure that we make the process as supportive and effective as possible.
I am a psychologist with 15 years post qualifying experience. I am a doctor of psychology, chartered and accredited by the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have an extensive professional network, should you require collaborative medical input from a psychiatrist or a GP.
I work with all major health insurance providers, and my fees are fully covered by the insurance providers.
The first step in the process is to come in for a 50 minute assessment. So we can discuss your needs and develop a treatment plan. I have a practice on Harley Street, Central London, and one in Wandsworth, South West London. I work during the day and in the evenings, so I can work around your commitments.
