London Psychologist on Harley Street provides supportive therapy

Make 2014 your year. Decide to commit to making positive changes in all areas of your life. We all deserve to be happy, in order to be happy you have to be kind to yourself, and live in a life where you facilitate people around you treat you with the kindness, and respect you deserve.

My therapy is designed to always be in your best interests. To this end I incorporate aspects of most of the therapeutic approaches. This is to ensure you receive a bespoke psychological therapy that will help you as an individual to meet your therapeutic aims and goals. Some of the therapeutic approaches I combine are cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, client centred therapy, systemic family therapy and transpersonal therapy to name but a few.

I have over 15 years experience as a registered doctor of psychology, chartered and accredited by the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council

To help make your therapy as accessible as possible, I have 2 clinics: Harley Street, Central London, and Wandsworth, South West London. I can also provide remote therapy using Skype. From any of these locations I can work with you to successfully treat the following issues;
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Fear disorders and phobias
  • Addictions
  • Relationship issues

Appointments when you need them

My consulting rooms are: comfortable, stylish, confidential, and designed to ensure that you feel secure and empowered to work on your issues. I work during the day and into the evenings to allow you to find the time that suits your life.

I will always prioritise your privacy and emotional well being.
